  Thought for the Week
We publish a weekly 'podcast' and written commentary on issues affecting our community, both here in Fakenham and throughout the world.
.
  Sermons: Audio and Text
'Godcasting' has become one of the most popular elements of a 'new style' of church website. We have embraced this concept on our new website and offer here our sermons in text and audio format for you to experience in the comfort of your own home.
.
  Community Blog
Our blog is our 'interactive tool' to the community. Through our online blog we will explore a range of issues and provide you with the opportunity to respond with your thoughts and comments. We hope that this will become a place where people of our community, both locally and internationally, can come and express their points of view in a safe and secure environment.
.
  Articles and Editorials
Our articles and commentaries are offered to our online visitors as a way to explore different and perhaps fresh perspectives on what happens around us on a regular basis, both in church and within our communities.
.
  Online Photo Gallery
We have a range of photographs available to view on our Online Photo Gallery. If you wish, you may purchase copies - all proceeds will go directly to supporting our work within the local community.

Christmas Tree Festival: 2nd - 9th December 2010

The highlight of the Church year in Fakenham is the Christmas Tree Festival which attracted over 25,000 people last year.

From 10am – 8pm each day the Church is lit up by 85 Christmas Trees, each decorated for one of the 75 charities taking part.

Entrance is free but please bring a bag of coins so that you can donate money at your favourite charity tree(s). Charities range from national charities such as the British Heart Foundation to local schools and nurseries.

Throughout the Festival refreshments are available, including reasonably priced lunches and teas using local produce and home made cakes and scones. Coach parties should book in advance and we ask for £25 deposit.

There is also a walk-through Festival Market selling many items for Christmas including Christmas cakes and cards.

There is ample parking in Fakenham and you may like to use the Tesco Store nearby which allows 3 hours of free parking. Just follow the AA signs as you come into the town.

During the Festival the town Christmas lights will be on and you may like to enjoy the wide range of shops, including a large departmental store, which Fakenham has. If you wish to stay we can advise on B & B’s

Last year we raised £23,000 in loose change for charities and we hope to beat this record in our 10th year. During the last 9 years over £250,000 has been donated to charities taking part.

Telephone the Parish Office 01328 862268 to receive an information pack and if you wish to be put on the Church mailing list please send us your postal  address or  e–mail address.
