This year’s Christingle Service for the Children’s Society is next Sunday 10th December at 4.00pm.
The celebrations are the perfect event to bring children along to, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Christingle celebrations are named after the Christingles that are lit during the service. Oranges are decorated with a red ribbon, dried fruits, sweets and a candle to create a visual representation of Christ, the light of the world, celebrated by the lighting of the Christingle candles during the service.

If you would like to join in with the making of the Christingles and can spare an hour on Saturday 9th at 3.00pm to help in the Christingle assembly line it would be much appreciated.
